Since 1949, we’ve been setting the standard as the city’s now oldest Toastmasters club, priding ourselves on being the most engaging club in town. Interested in Visiting?
Don’t hesitate! Guests are always greeted warmly, with 2-3 visitors attending each meeting. We’ve all felt those initial jitters, but rest assured, you’ll be made to feel right at home. As a guest, you’re invited to stay for the entire meeting and experience firsthand the camaraderie and learning opportunities Big “D” offers. Many of our members visited a few times before deciding to join, some of whom have been with us for over 30 years.
While most of us joined to enhance our speaking skills, we’ve stayed for the enjoyment and sense of community. Big “D” brings together a diverse array of individuals, offering opportunities to improve communication, public speaking, meeting facilitation, and quick thinking—all while having a great time.

Join us at the Hampton Inn and Suites, 10370 N. Central Expressway, every Thursday evening from 6:30 – 8:30 pm. (Note: Please check this page to make verify this address. Conveniently located for those in Downtown Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Allen, and the wider DFW Metro area, our meetings require no RSVP for visitors.
